• Trip inputs you enter in tools (for example origin/destination, pet profile, travel dates, and readiness data).
• Saved trip records and checklist state when you choose to save a trip.
• Share-link token state when you create or revoke a share link.
• Support form submissions such as category, issue summary, and message details.
• Technical logs and analytics events used for reliability and product improvement.

How we use data

• Generate planning outputs such as requirements results, timeline/checklist views, and trip PDFs.
• Restore private manage links and read-only share links.
• Review support requests and improve content quality.
• Measure product usage and operational health.

Saved trips and share links

Saved trips use tokenized access links. Keep your manage link private.

Share links are read-only and can be revoked from the private manage page.

Email capture and optional messages

Saving a trip requires an email so the trip can be recovered. Marketing opt-in is optional and off by default.

If email sending is unavailable, trip saving still works and the manage link is shown in the UI.

Retention and security

We retain data for product operation, support, and security needs, then remove it according to internal retention controls.

No online system is absolutely secure. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Third-party services

Analytics may be processed by Google Analytics when enabled.

If payment or other third-party flows are used in specific legacy paths, their own privacy terms also apply.
